Shipping Policy

Most orders will be shipped out within 1-2 weeks after ordering. However, it can take up to 3 weeks during launches or holidays. Please be patient with us as we run NovaDesignz on our own.

NovaDesignz is veteran and family owned business, custom orders may take up to 4 weeks to ship. Please be patient with us, and feel free to reach out at any time with any questions or concerns about your order. 

 

Holiday Shipping Delays:

Shipping times will be longer around the holidays. Please keep in mind that we have no control over how long shipping takes after we send out your package. we try our best to get it out to ship as soon as we can.
