We primarily use stainless steel and mild steel for our projects.
Most of our standard pieces are made from 14-gauge steel. If you require a different gauge, please fill out our custom order form or send us an email at novadesignz611@gmail.com.
We use powder coating for our products. Custom colors are available for an additional charge. Please contact us for more information.
Everything is made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for standard orders. Custom orders can take up to 4 weeks. As a small business, we appreciate your patience.
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on stock items (non-personalized). Contact us within 5 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at novadesignz611@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
We do not include mounting hardware with our pieces. Our customers hang our items on a variety of surfaces (drywall, wood, stucco, brick, etc.) that all require different hardware. We do not want to be liable for using the wrong fastener or causing damage to a surface.
We prefer DXF, Vector, or AI files for custom logos. However, we can also work with JPEGs and PDFs. If sending a JPEG or PDF, please provide the font name used. Email your files to novadesignz611@gmail.com.
We apologize for any shipping damage. We take great care to package our items securely. If your item is damaged, please contact us at novadesignz611@gmail.com with photos of the damage, the entire piece, and the packaging. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Most shipping carriers require verification of damage, so please keep the damaged goods and packaging, as you may need to bring it to your local post office for inspection. After inspection, we will ship a replacement as quickly as possible.
We use 304 stainless steel, which is tarnish-resistant. However, if exposed to salt and chemicals, it can show small signs of rust over time.
For standard items that only require changes to a name, address, or year, you can request a proof before cutting. Custom designs include two proofs with the order. Additional charges will apply for more proofs.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided during the checkout process.
Lead times for custom projects vary based on the complexity and scope of the work. Generally, custom projects can take 2-6 weeks from the date of design approval.
Yes, only for our specialty custom ordered signs. We can specify further upon request. We do not provide installation services for standard wall signs, etc.
